Very helpful & friendly. After an afternoon of chasing someone to work on our RV,, it was almost closing time when I found them. Scott at Inland suggested a couple things to try & when they didn’t, got the RV in the next morning. They got it going quickly after the part arrived. They don’t do major work on RVs but it’s definitely worth checking with them if you need help. Pricing was reasonable - we were in a position that they could definitely taken advantage. Highly recommend!

We were on our way from New Mexico to Canada and the pinion gear in our RV diesel pusher let go. We received a tow to Inland and they went to work immediately. This bus is our home, and Scott, as well as the mechanics were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The repair was started on a Friday and couldn't be completed by end of day. Scott allowed us to stay over in the bus , which they pushed outside for the weekend. Even though we were on a private property, we felt safe and secure. They put in a new differential and allowed us to stay until completed. We left feeling confident in the repair. Our credit cards were being difficult, but we managed to complete the payment and head out. Scott even gave us mugs to put our drinks in as we headed out. The service was fantastic, and had that neighborly feel. All were helpful and easy to talk to. I'd highly recommend using Inland, in Grand Island Nebraska for service on any diesel repair. Thanks guys.

Couldn’t have asked for better service, professionalism and timeliness from them. I greatly appreciate getting it in, fixed and back out on the road. Keep up the amazing commitment to customer service! Highly recommended

Had really good service. Not fast, but mostly done right. Biggest problem I see is communication. Scott the service manager is a very busy man who hardly returns a call. Last I spoke to him, he was going to call me right back. That was over a week ago.

We regularly bring in semi tractors for work to be done. Both the service and parts departments are accommodating and do what they can to get us back up and going. One time there was an issue and they made the correction. They'll work with you if they can to get you in as quickly as possible. I'm confident that they take care of you.
